Extreme winters and Viral Infection!

As winter begins, the cold and dry winds begin to blow. The weather remains dry. It affects the daily routines and creates problems for health. It brings cold, influenza, cough, throat pain, chest infection, and pain. Following are some important diseases of winters and how to deal with them.
Cold and invitation to diseases
Commonly, due to cold the human starts trembling and shuddering, and to overcome this we wear warm clothes. But the second reason is cold in the chest and as a result, the chest pain increases. In this situation, avoid cold water, avoid taking bath, and wear warm clothes. To prevent cold, wash your hands daily and over and over again so that the germs will end that you transfer in your hands while touching other things and places like
switchboards, windows, doors, iron, chairs, and many other things that other family members touch. Except this, it is a must to clean the house and the things of daily use like cups, glass, and towels, especially, at the time when one of the family members is sick. If you are suffering from a cold, keep disposable tissues or cotton cloth.
Sore or Dry Throat
It is a common disease of winter and it affects all children, adults, and old. It is also called viral infection. Experience and observation have shown that it is caused due to climate change in temperature or to move from warm room to cold place. The throat is affected. To solve this problem there is an easy way to gargle with semi-hot water, add salt to it. Its anti- filamentary
quality helps in reducing the throat’s problem. Add one teaspoon of salt in
lukewarm water and do gargles twice a day.
Food Poisoning in winter
It is a disease of winter and its symptoms are food poisoning, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, drowsiness, and gastric problem. It especially affects newborns and adults. Although people suffer from these diseases the entire year, in winter their intensity increases, the germs of these diseases are mostly present in hotels and schools. When the patient suffers from diarrhea or vomiting, it is necessary for them that they don’t have water deficiency in the body and they should start taking water and juices. Kids and newborns can be affected by these diseases. Therefore, they need special care and attention. Instill the habit of drinking water in children at least ten to twelve glasses of water a day.
